Let me tell you: if you have painful intestinal cramping, gas, bloating or general digestive problems (other than GERD) you should give this a try. I used to live in fear of severe intestinal pain and gas, now I carry this in my purse and don't worry about it anymore. I am so thankful I found it! No side-effects, works in about 15 minutes, and gives you fresh breath. Store it in the fridge because the enteric coating breaks down over time and it will dissolve in your stomach (still works, just gives you a little heartburn). It does indicate to stop taking if you experience heartburn, so I credit them for providing that product warning on the box and the bottle. I do think it could be helpful to some as long as they don't get heartburn from it. REVIEWS Reviewed by 32 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about Nature's Way Pepogest, Peppermint Oil, Softgels, 60 ea: According to all the medical tests, I have no stomach ailments. I'm 43 with Diabetes 2, Endometriosis, Hypothyroid and undiagnosed stomach problems. They call it IBS, but I don't agree. It could be a food allergy, but I've been tested for Celiac and they say it's not that. At times I feel so nauseated and sick to my stomach from fullness, I can't eat or work for days. I bloat up and have aches and pains in my gut. Thanks to this pill, it alleviates it enough that I can function. I only take one a day as needed. It causes me to burp, but it's peppermint, so not so bad. Pros

I was a month or two away from having sugery b/c my doctors thought the pain I had been experiencing for 2 years was endometriosis ! Thank God I went to see a specialist who properly diagnosed me and recommended taking peppermint oil for the cramping! I immediately ordered this product and I take 1 pill in the morning, which works fine for me! I am so happy to finally have relief! Cramping from IBS would wake me up and night...I was truly suffering! Pros
