Let me tell you: if you have painful intestinal cramping, gas, bloating or general digestive problems (other than GERD) you should give this a try. I used to live in fear of severe intestinal pain and gas, now I carry this in my purse and don't worry about it anymore. I am so thankful I found it! No side-effects, works in about 15 minutes, and gives you fresh breath. Store it in the fridge because the enteric coating breaks down over time and it will dissolve in your stomach (still works, just gives you a little heartburn). It does indicate to stop taking if you experience heartburn, so I credit them for providing that product warning on the box and the bottle. It does indicate to stop taking if you experience heartburn, so I credit them for providing that product warning on the box and the bottle. After many tests and prescription meds, the diagnosis was IBS. Non of the prescriptions were helping me and doctor recommended taking peppermint oil. This product has been a life saver! I take one before dinner, which is my heaviest meal, and the pain and cramping has subsided almost 100%. I would highly recommend this product!!! Pros Cons
