I saw this product on a Fox and Friends interview back in September. I do not and will not drink wine or any other alcoholic product. My own physician says that this product is a very good substitute for red wine. I have type 2 diabetis so I do not drink anything alcholic. After over thirty days I have a better wake-up-in-the-morning attitude. I take two capsules in the a.m.

I've been taking two a day for one month. I started feeling better
a few days after I started taking it. It seems to elevated my mood
and my daughter says the same has happened to her.
Well worth it just for the mood alone. My new happy pill.

I started taking Resveratrol about six weeks ago after seeing the 60 Minutes special on it (strongly recommend viewing this). The anecdotal evidence on its effects seem pretty compelling and I'm not normally someone to buy "snake oil" type health benefit claims.
I started taking one capsule twice a day and didn't notice much in the way of effects. After a month with no apparent negative side effects, I increased to two capsules twice a day about three weeks ago. I've noticed what appears to be some moderate weight loss, a bit more energy, and I'm sleeping a bit better. These could all be placebo effects of course but I feel they are likely connected with the product. In any event, it's a long term use product. I plan to continue taking it while watching the research studies and what conclusions they reach about Resveratrol. Of course some profiteers are making all kinds of outrageous claims but the substance seems quite promising when you look at the more objective conclusions others have found.

I have taken the product about two weeks and don't know if it's doing anything. And it's expensive so I probably won't buy it again.

I read that Reseratrol is supposed to supress cancer cells & be a general snake oil tonic. You know, a cure all. Since my husband has terminal cancer, I'm willing to try anything but we haven't noticed any wonderful effects.

Easy to take. Reasonable price from a good company. Don't know about any immediate results, but it does make me feel good that I am being proactive about the long term benefits of this supplement.
