I switched from HRT pills to black cohosh in combination with vitex and have successfully limited the hot flashes that I was suffering after stopping the estrogen pills. One reviewer said she got no relief after using black cohosh. I'm sorry for that and hope she finds something else that works for her. Body chemistries vary.

I've been taking this partiuclar supplement (2 pills AM, 2 pills PM) for at least 5 years and it has gotten me through the worst times of menupause with mostly good relief.
