I switched from HRT pills to black cohosh in combination with vitex and have successfully limited the hot flashes that I was suffering after stopping the estrogen pills. One reviewer said she got no relief after using black cohosh. I'm sorry for that and hope she finds something else that works for her. Body chemistries vary.

I've been taking this partiuclar supplement (2 pills AM, 2 pills PM) for at least 5 years and it has gotten me through the worst times of menupause with mostly good relief. No side effects, no cause for concern like HRT. Just good relief! It took me a while to find thisformulation, bu it was worth the search.

I swear by this product to control those nasty hot flashes. I like this one in particular because the tablets don't leave me with any aftertaste. I like them much better than the capsules of black cohosh powder.
