I waited approximately 6+ months of MACA use to review the MACA, but sorry to say 2-3 capsules a day, for more than half a year, did not do anything for me. It did not help, and it did not hurt.

What I found actually worked a lot better for my performance and stimulation than MACA, was just 3 days out of town with my sweetie pie away from the stressful, controlling, dysfunctional people I have to work with every day!

Try a relaxing vacation first, and if that does not help you, then see a doctor and see what they say.

You would be amazed at what getting away from the work environment can do for you. (Maybe even a new job if you can swing it.)

Better at daily energy and mental clarity than as a sexual stimulant for drive or stamina. Does possibly reduce some frequency of hot flashes.

This was my first time using this product and boy does it work. I took three a day and my partner took the same amount and lets just say, "It was like the 4th of July" great stuff.

I use this in conjuntion with two other herbs. I am a 49 year old female with issues of mood swins, night sweats, low desire. I also suffered from recurring headaches and no energy. I have never felt so good, or had more energy. I would recomned this to any woman with pre-menopausal issues.

sports and fitness are my concern... but increased activity, good sleep and diet will always increase your sexual l i b i d o anyway, so its hard to isolate those claims.

Never had ED issues and I certainly never had issues with desire. However, lasting has always been an issue. Too often my wife would be near climax only for me to bail out last minute. With maca, I have found myself lasting as long as I want to. Finally, I have complete control. It will take a couple weeks for the maca to take hold. Take recommended dose daily and enjoy.
