This can really help, especially during Flu Season. If you are already getting sick alot, it's best to start with 2 capsules 2 times a day for a week or two, then cut back. But as preventative, I use one in the morning and one at night. It worked for me, then I convinced my husband to use it after a miserable flu season and it worked for him. It's not a cure-all. You'll still get colds and flus, but not as frequently. I started using this when I'd had 3-4 colds and flus within a few months one winter and was sick of being sick. Some people think you should take a periodic break from all products but I don't think it applies to Olive Leaf Extract ... I don't take a break and it continues to help boost my immune system.

i had been using pharmaceutical grade for 3 months & was told you can stop for 3 mths.i decided to go ahead & stay on at a lower dose since i have a low immune system & this time of year is the worst.seems to do the trick.

Take 1-3 capsules per day at the first sign of a cold. I find that it will shorten the length of a cold or help me fight it off. I do not take it routinely, only if I get a hint of a sore throat or nasal congestion. I back off to once/day as I start feeling better and continue to take 1/day for about 2 weeks. I think this is an effective product.

I take the Olive Leaf every day at least once and sometimes twice. I deal with systemic yeast problems and this helps to keep the yeast at bay. I use it in conjunction with other yeast killers.
