I started taking this to regulate my hormones and reduce the amount of oil my skin produces, and reduce acne breakouts. I've been using this for about 2 months. Maybe my skin is a little less oily? It's not drastic. I think it reduced my sex drive a little, which is a con. I'll keep taking it to see how it goes. Pros
