I take 2 daily. I have noticed a great improvement in my mood. I prefer to live naturally so I am slowly weaning off my anti-depressant and will be taking this supplement as a replacement. Please be advised that you should not take this along with birth control pills, anti-depressants etc. I am on such a low dose that it hasn't affected me. However, I did notice when I took three capsules that my skin was really itchy on my legs. I have no problems when I take two, one in the morning and one at night. A great natural alternative!
