I was recommended to try Wild Yam Root and Vitex to help me thru the relentless hormonal rushes I was experiencing a year ago. After suffering from horrible hot flashes for six months, I finally have releif. The only downside is that it took about six weeks, and I had to take eight capsules a day (two at a time four times a day). Now this is more than the package says, so you should check with your health professionaI (I had the ok from mine). I had tried other supplements, but nothing helped. The best part is I can actually sleep now.

I take this instead of the product from GNC with wild yam, which was apparently discontinued on Drugstore.com. Not as effective and it seems like you have to take more of them to get the benefits.
As with other Nature's Way products, it could be a bit more potent.
