DO NOT swallow it as fast as you can, like the previous feedback said! ((ahem.... READ the instructions on all meds))
SWALLOWING it as fast as possible makes it ineffective!!!!! You have to TASTE it WELL for it to help you. I adjusted to it, so did my hubby, after 1 small does mixed with half a cup of water. And now I love bitters! I look forward to it.
Right now I use bitters daily. It has helped with a ton of minor things: constipation, headaches, indigestion, coffee withdrawl (no headaches or anything), aches, pains, bloating, gas, water retention, headaches, you name it! I feel GOOD and sometimes GREAT and I thank the swedish bitters for that.
You really dont know until you try it, how well this stuff really works. It is nothing short of amazing and I do not take "magic" pills or fall for most of the fake *healthy* stuff I see around... This is an OLD remedy, been around for hundreds of years... Try it and see for yourself! I was very pleasantly surprised and so was my hubby.

Very bitter taste. We mix with small amount of another liquid, either sweet tea or some other sweet liquid and just swallow in one gulp. We do fee better and believe it is worth the couple of minutes of bitter taste in your mouth. We take it first thing in the morning.
