i really wanted to like these because i love biscotti. that being said, this is certainly not what i had in mind. biscotti is obviously relatively hard and dry - but these are exceptionally so. i guess they are labeled as a diet product but nevertheless, the tasteless poor dry taste (and frankly the price) will leave you wishing you had reached for some other diet product. i also tried the almond cherry, which by these standard is a better option. if you must try these, i'd opt for the almond cherry which i may give two stars instead (because they taste slightly better).

Normally I really enjoy a dry biscuit or cookie now and then. And having a diet one would be a nice treat as well. Biscotti is nice to nibble on, not overly flavorful, midday snack.

Not this!

This is horrible. I barely made it through the second bite. It tastes of sawdust, it is overly dry and you just do not want to swallow it. The after taste, at first, is oddly pleasant - and then wham! The wood taste comes back and will not go away. Yuck!

I was expecting this to taste similar to regular biscotti, but thought that the texture was far too soft. I also thought that the flavor was bland - and didn't taste very much like Almond. I always try to eat healthy alternatives, so I like the idea of this, however I wouldn't recommend due to the taste/texture.
