An Aveda Salon reccomended this product to my sister because she had surgery in an area of her neck where it would benefit her not to have harsh chemicals in contact. We have both been using it ever since. I don't even have grey, but it adds body and shine that I need.

I finally got up the nerve to give this product a try. WOW! Was I ever surprised! I've gone through everything from home dye (Revlon to Feria and everything in between) to paying $200+ for a salon job. Let me say that Naturtint held its own!

My grey was 100% covered and the dye was a nice, thick gel like consistency. There was a strong peppermint odor and tingle that was not unpleasant. I was actually happy to see that the few drops that I sloppily got on my skin were turning it just like a "normal" brand would. I love that they include both shampoo AND a rich conditioner and my hair looked, smelled and felt great after.

I will definitely be a repeat shopper for this hair dye and am 100% sold that all natural can also mean beautiful AND effective!

I used natual match from Lorel until it was discountinued. I switched to this product and am so glad I did. There is a slight smell when you start to use this, but it isn't offensive but by the time you have it all on, no smell at all. It comes out in a gel so it is easy to put on without drips. The color is great and I have had many compliments on my hair since I colored iit. My Haridresser said that my hair is in the best shape it has been in a long time - has to be this product as it is the only thing I have changed!

I have very minimal gray hairs but I have dark hair so the gray hairs I do have show very easily. I liked that fact that this item is the most natural hair color on the market that I've seen so far (except for Aveda maybe). But Aveda is very expensive and can only get that in a salon. After trying this item I found that it worked well, however, it's been 3 months now and I noticed that my gray hairs aren't covered as well anymore. Instead of dark brown they look almost dark blonde now. So, it's almost like this color washes out after a few months. Perhaps that's the downfall of using something more natural? I think this product is okay for someone like me who has minimal gray, but for someone that is all gray this may not be the product for you unless you want to color your hair every month. All in all it's pretty good and I'll continue to buy it for now.

I can't believe the reviews on here tauting how great this product was becuase it was "natural". I decided not to use this product because of the ingredients.

I used Naturtint for the first time last night and love it! Few months ago I stopped using products that have chemicals in them (parabens, etc). This hair dye is superb! Doesn't have a smell really, plus it did not stain my skin as bad as other dyes do. My hair feels healthier today too and the color is a nice dark brown that is my natural hair color. Definitely will be again and again.

I used this for the first time and I was pretty impressed. The color is great and the coverage is really good. I was trying to cover a few grays that I have and a bit of red coloring that I've had in the past. It coverd both really well. It was easy to mix and apply, no problems with dripping. One thing that really impressed me was that my scalp didn't burn at all, like most other dyes do. There also was no strong smell(btw I'm pregnant, so that would have been a real bother). The only con I've noticed is that when I shampoo my hair it feels like it's dried out, but conditioner usually solves the problem. Overall I think it's a really good product.

great coverage for gray. did not burn my eyes or nose and did not smell harsh. good even color. easy to use!! I have only tried a couple of others that said they had no ammonia but this is by far the best!!!! Highly recommend!

I bounce between spending big money at a salon and using hair color from the stores - usually to get a bold espresso color... but over the past few years I've been trying to limit my exposure to chemicals and parabens by buying natural products and going organic...so I was really excited to find this choice on Drugstore.com - but I was a little leery about how the color would turn out and how it would last...I'm pleased to say that it looks great and has lasted just as long, if not longer than anything else I've used... the kit was easy to use and it smelled fine too...plus drugstore.com has it on sale! I'm going to stock up!
