I have stick straight hair, and I use this while my hair is wet...I run it through to the ends....my hair dries much smoother...no frizz...and looks vibrant & healthy. I've also given it to my nanny who has curly hair, and she swears by it every day to smooth her hair.

I was asked to purchase this product for a friend whilst on holiday to US who swears by it, so I purchase a bottle for myself. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised. I use it every few days in between hairdresser appointments as my hair can get quite dry and frizzy and you do get an almost instant response. It becomes shiny and frizz free, softer and the most amazing response is the thickness of my hair has improved dramatically!! It's great!!!

I keep my hair in an angled bob, short for swimming. Pool water doesn't damage my hair, but after almost a week at the beach this summer, I noticed that my straight Asian hair looked dry and brittle from exposure to heat and salt. Luckily, I had received a sample of the Neil George Gooseberry Oil, good for two applications. I noticed an improvement after the first application. The directions tell us to wash and condition hair, apply the oil, and let it dry. Because my hair is short, the oil wicks onto my roots right away, leaving my hair greasy. This might not be a problem for those with longer hair. I wash and condition my hair before bed, and then apply the oil. In the morning, I have to wash my hair again, to get rid of the excess oil. When my hair dries, it looks glossy and feels silky smooth. I am putting this on my Wish List, but I gave it only 4 stars for the price. With my short hair, I can stretch the bottle a while, so it's still worth the investment.

Love this product. I work in a salon and can get any product at cost and I pay full retail for this because it works so well. I swim three days a week and color/bleach my curly hair and this product changed my hair back into feeling soft and looking shiny. No small feat, considering how bad the condition of my hair was. I got a sample of it with an order, glad that I tried it. I will reorder again.

I love this product!!!! I have wavy,frizzy hair and I put it in before going to bed and after using it for a few days, the frizz is gone. Well worth the money

Just what I need for my beautiful gray/white locks(but thinning). It keeps them in order, even though I wear a simple center parted ponytail..

I LOVE this product. I received it as a sample and didn't even know what it was until I opened the package. I was sure it was going to make me look like a grease pit, but my hair has been really dry this winter and I've had a lot of splint ends in my long, fine hair. I used it in the shower after shampooing and conditioning, massaging the oil in my hands before applying to the bottom half of my hair. I let it sit and then rinse it just a little bit. I have used it daily for a week (washing my hair every other day) and I am truly amazed by the luster, sheen and fullness of my hair. My split ends are no longer visible to me and I am a spit ends nazi... I will definately purchase the full-sized product. It has also added some light wave so I imagine it would be fabulous for wavy and curly hair. Every day is a good hair day with this product!
