VS Most Liked Negative Review No Accomodation for Drainage bought this for my spouse, who uses the bottle system. it serves its purpose BUT because the surface that the two pieces drain onto is completely flat, it means that liquid drains onto that...Read complete review bought this for my spouse, who uses the bottle system. it serves its purpose BUT because the surface that the two pieces drain onto is completely flat, it means that liquid drains onto that surface and THEN onto whatever counter or shelf surface the neilmed storage unit is sitting on - making a little mess. seems to at least partially defeat the purpose. this part of the design makes no sense to me and i am surprised that no other reviewer mentioned this. i have already tossed the box/packaging or i would return it.
