Specially Designed Nozzle Delivers the Finest and most Gentle Mist for Adults, Children & Infants
Advantages of Hypertonic:
Some research shows that hypertonic (2.7%) or more concentrated solution may help reduce nasal congestion better than isotonic (0.9%) solution. The theory is that hypertonic or higher concentrated salt solution will draw the water out of congested tissue, reduce the edema or swelling and open up the nasal passage and sinus openings to allow for better drainage. It is possible you may experience temporary burning or stinging, in which case, please use our isotonic spray.
NeilMed is the inventor and manufacturer of patented leading brand Sinus Rinse currently available at your local stores in USA/Canada. Sinus Rinse is for the purpose of true large volume (4 to 16 oz. or 120 mL to 480 mL) nasal irrigation at a time. Please note that therapeutically effective large volume irrigation for daily hygiene cannot be performed by saline sprays. In view of this for large volume irrigation use NeilMed® Sinus Rinse.

The only nasal saline solution that works effectively for my husband is the Breathe Right brand. We have not been able to find this anymore in the local drug stores or on-line. Tried other brands that have not worked. Decided to buy the NeilMed's Sinus Rinse Nasa Mist Hypertonic Saline Spray and it appears to be working because I haven't heard any complaints. He especially likes the fine mist application.

Battlng sinus infection and use this to help keep sinus's irrigated when I don't have time to do regular irrigation. Don't rely on it for a full blown irrigation, just alternative. It's a bit odd with the pressure. I am desperate for relief, so am diligent.
Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz:
If you are using a netipot or similar aparatus on a regular basis, you won't need it nearly as much. The hypertonic spray is convenient - you can take it with you. At first I could't figure out how to get it to spray. You have to press straight down. Once you get the hypertonic spray in your nose, keep it there for awhile. It takes down a lot of swelling so you can clear your sinuses. It's great stuff.

Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz:
I had been using ENT-SOL for years, twice daily, to help prevent flair-ups of chronic sinusitis. Due to it's increasing cost, I recently began searching for a replacement. After being unsatisfied with several other products, I found NasaMist. I find this product to be just as effective as ENT-SOL, at a fraction of the cost. The spray nozzle is not as gentle but, for the price, I have made it work.
Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz:
I was a regular Entsol user and loved it, although it was very expensive. When I first started using Entsol, it was about $19.00 per can, then $20, $21, $22, $25, and finally CVS was selling it for $35 per can. Outrageous!! Entsol still has the best spray mechanism; however, they don't make it any more. This Hypertonic Spray works well and is the closest thing to Entsol. At this point, I would never go back to Entsol anyway. I have to use nasal spray regularly and simply could not continue to afford to buy it.
Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz:
I would not recommend or purchase this product again. Way too expensive to not work anyway. Sodium content not high enough to be effective for nasal congestion relief. Bring back Entsol!
Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz:
I bought this to compare with Entsol spray which is much more expensive. I bought the Entsol for my 7 year old who gets frequent nose bleed. I bought this product for myself for my allergy and congestion. It works great for congestion and relieve dryness. I can't wait to try this when allergy season is here.
My only complaint is that the quality of the spay mechanism (button) is not as good as Entsol. The plastic thing that you press is unstable and comes lose. When my husband first tried it he couldn't get the thing to spray. I had to show him my technique.
Anyway, I'd still buy this one than the more expensive Entsol. I'd give this 5 stars, but has to downgrade to 4 because of the spray mechanism.

this beats all others on the market in my opinion that claim to be like it and I have tried several. If you have allegies or nasal congestion..this really really helps
To moisturize and lubricate dry nasal passages, insert nozzle into nostril and press till adequate solution is sprayed and moisture is restored. Use as often as needed.
