We have not been able to find this anymore in the local drug stores or on-line. Tried other brands that have not worked. Don't rely on it for a full blown irrigation, just alternative. It's a bit odd with the pressure. I am desperate for relief, so am diligent. How wrong I was! For whatever reason, this doesn't come even close to Entsol. Very unfortunate! Entsol clearly worked and would open up sinus passages and allow them to drain. This, as I said, doesn't even come close. I was/am very disappointed. Pros

Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz: Great for stuffy noses and for people with sinus issues. Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz: If you are using a netipot or similar aparatus on a regular basis, you won't need it nearly as much. The hypertonic spray is convenient - you can take it with you. At first I could't figure out how to get it to spray. You have to press straight down. Once you get the hypertonic spray in your nose, keep it there for awhile. It takes down a lot of swelling so you can clear your sinuses. It's great stuff. Pros

Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz: I had been using ENT-SOL for years, twice daily, to help prevent flair-ups of chronic sinusitis. Due to it's increasing cost, I recently began searching for a replacement. After being unsatisfied with several other products, I found NasaMist. I find this product to be just as effective as ENT-SOL, at a fraction of the cost. The spray nozzle is not as gentle but, for the price, I have made it work. Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz: I was a regular Entsol user and loved it, although it was very expensive. When I first started using Entsol, it was about $19.00 per can, then $20, $21, $22, $25, and finally CVS was selling it for $35 per can. Outrageous!! Entsol still has the best spray mechanism; however, they don't make it any more. This Hypertonic Spray works well and is the closest thing to Entsol. At this point, I would never go back to Entsol anyway. I have to use nasal spray regularly and simply could not continue to afford to buy it. Pros Cons

Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz: I would not recommend or purchase this product again. Way too expensive to not work anyway. Sodium content not high enough to be effective for nasal congestion relief. Bring back Entsol! Pros

Comments about NeilMed NasaMist Hypertonic Saline Spray, 4.2 oz: I bought this to compare with Entsol spray which is much more expensive. I bought the Entsol for my 7 year old who gets frequent nose bleed. I bought this product for myself for my allergy and congestion. It works great for congestion and relieve dryness. I can't wait to try this when allergy season is here. Pros
