I like this so much better than the usual decongestant sprays that have an unpleasant "bounceback" effect. This is exactly what I was looking for to replace the decongestant sprays.

This product is very good for those who have a dry burning nose. Regular saline dries it more. The solution to a irritated nose is moiture. Humidifier with saline gel works.

I AM A FULL TIME OXYGEN USER, AND THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT FOR A DRY IRRETATED NOSE. MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED IT. AND I LIKE IT BETTER THEN THE REGULAR TUBE. LESS MESS AND YOU DONT HAVE TO USE YOUR FINGERS TO APPLY. CANT LIVE WITH OUT IT NOW.

Dry nose and eyes are a chronic with me all year long. I have tried many other simular products and none of them work as good as the NeilMed products. After telling my allergist about this product, he now recommends it to all his patients. Only problem, it is hard find in stores, so I send for it from drugstore.com

This product was specifically recommended to me by my child's ENT (ear nose and throat) specialist doctor, as my child has very thin nasal membranes and is prone to nosebleeds. Used daily it keeps my child's nose healthy and properly moisturized. Plus, my child has no resistance to using it - two quick squirts is happily tolerated, esp. compared to swabbing an ointment inside the nose with a cotton swab. Will purchase again and again.

My nose gets so congested and nothing seems to relieve it. I've suffered from this for several years. I saw this in a drugstore and thought I'd give it a shot and, literally, within minutes, my head started draining. Thank God!

I am battling a long time sinus infection. Moisture helps, I feel the gel stays in longer than plain spray. I use it 2-3 times a day and amazingly I find it helps keep my airways open without drugs. I believe itis a good maintenance process, not a cure.

What's great about this product which was recommended to me by an allergist, is that it is sprayed directly into the nostril, and is simple and clean to use. In the past all that was available were tubes of nasal gel which had to be applied to the nasal passages with your finger. Not very sanitary and also messy.
