This was very bulky, awkward and shoots water very quickly. I have used several nasal irrigation systems and this is by far my least favorite. I will be requesting a refund from NeilMed since it is guaranteed. Not a fan at all.

I have had two types of bacteria (staph and pseudomonas)in my sinus cavity for 7 months. I was on oral antibiotics, an antibiotic wash, and the doctor was threatening surgery to scrape it out. A Neti pot helped but didn't completely eliminate the bacteria. Then I bought the Sinugator. The very first time I used it, the bacteria was dislodged and washed out!!! This thing is worth its weight in gold. Buy it. You will not be sorry.
