So, I went to a seminar about sleep apnea (I have a mild case) and was told that surfers and people who swim in the ocean have excellent sinuses because of the saltwater that ends up in their sinus cavity from time to time. This product was recommended as something that would help with snoring and just general well-being and I just had to try it. The price is totally right for something so simple, yet so effective!! I usually wake up in the morning with a bad sinus headache, puffy eyes, etc. I used this product only twice and I feel a difference in the way I breathe and feel. I also felt more refreshed this morning when I woke up and didn't even hit the snooze button. It was recommended to me that I use this product in the shower instead of over the sink (imagine the stuff that would get all over!) and to microwave the bottle and cap as it says in the booklet, to sterilize the product. I use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse every night to clean my sinuses out (with bottled water of course) and I haven't had as many sinus problems since I started using it. Pros

Comments about NeilMed Sinus Rinse Regular Kit, 1 kit: I started out with a headache that lasted a week. I'm not one to get headaches that lasts that long. Doctor diagnosed me with Acute Sinusits and recommended I try the Sinus Rinse along with Sudafed and Advil to help with the inflamation before taking antibiotics. There is no doubt that the first time does feel WEIRD, but you get used it and it is actually makes me feel a lot better. I found this product to be very effective and would definitely recomend it!
