After recent sinus surgery my dr had me get a sinus waterpik attachment and Neilmed packs. This combo is sooo much better than my previous method, due in large part to the neilmed sinus rinse. It doesn't burn or sting at all!!! My sinus healed so quickly, and I just find it refreshing. I highly recommend it ! (with or without the waterpik).  Pros

I use it daily before my prescription sinus spray. Neilmed's spray bottles are very effective. I have lately begun to use a Waterpic with a special nasal irrigation attachment instead of the plastic bottles. I also add "Alkalol" to the saline neilmed mix. Finally after all these years my sinus infections are under control.
