Before, I had a minimum of 2 a year and only the strongest antibiotic on the market would help. It works great after mowing the lawn or raking the leaves to flush out all the allergens. You simply empty a packet of their solution into the spray bottle, shake it up a bit and then shoot the warm water solution up one nostril and out the other side. It will carry out much nasal debris that you have no use for. Then preserve the other half the bottle and repeat through the other nostril. You're breathing will improve and you'll feel better. Pros
