It works effectively but the only negative is that it takes time to warm up the solution in the microwave. The package suggests 5 second increments which can take some time. I rinse twice daily, and I've found the solution to be quite effective in relieving my nasal congestion. Pros

As with nearly everyone else reviewing, I've had lifelong allergies that could not be fully remedied with any combination of over the counter or prescription drugs, or saline solutions, or even diet changes including more water. I highly recommend this or any neti-pot type product - some are a little saltier than others; its just personal preference. I've tried Ayr, this one and another (Sinu Cleanse?) and they all work great; now I just choose by whats on sale. IF YOU SUFFER ALLERGIES OR HEADACHES FROM ALLERGIES YOU MUST TRY! Its a little strange at first but I recommend doing in shower; the liquid drains out of one nostril and can get in your hair if you're at the wrong angle! :) Pros
