This was the first time my kids got sick and I did not. I had my deviated septum fixed recently and I'm still using the rinse to prevent colds. I've had sick kids this fall, but I didn't catch it. So far so good. I'm going to stick with the rinse. I do extra rinses on days my allergies bother me or when workers kick up a lot of dust. It's been five months so far and I think it is great. Pros

Allergy medications did not help and antibiotics for sinus infections worked but only sporadically.Since using this product,(I use it daily) all symptoms have gone.
