I have used this product for years and it works every time all the time. It is only 1/4%, so is very mild and gentle but still gets the job done. It really helps you get through a cold or allergy season.

This is the first time I've used anything except a saline nasal spray, and I have to say, when I used this it was like not having a cold at all! Cleared the nasal congestion right up and I was breathing absolutely normally. I didn't even take any oral meds. It doesn't last as long as I'd like, so I'm ordering the 12-hour nighttime version. But I would definitely recommend this product.

Honestly, I got this to replace my Vicks Sinex 4 Hr nasal spray(which they recalled last month due to bacterial contamination) & it doesnt work. Still stuffy. Ive tried Neo-Synephrine Regular Strength (same strength as Vicks Sinex 4 Hr) too with no success. It looks like IIll have to wait out the Vicks recall.

My doctor recommended this years ago. It's getting harder to find but I've always had confidence in using it for as long as needed. I have never had problems with it like other, stronger products.

This is the best when you have a cold and cannot breathe and need to sleep at night. With the mild formula, I don't have to worry about over-use or stinging. I save it for nighttime just in case it shouldn't be used too much. My 10-year-old son uses it too just at night when he has a stuffed nose.

No decongestant nasal spray should be used all the time, but I do have to use this some at night to unstop my nose due to allergies. This is the only one that does not cause me to have "rebound congestion" or worse congestion like some of the other sprays do. I have used this spray off and on for years and not had a problem with it.

I've used this for about 40 years, since I was a child and was allergic to chlorine in the swimming pools. I had trouble getting to sleep at night due to my nose stuffing up the minute I lay down. There was a children's formula that was 1/4% and I'd use it every night. Either my Mom didn't read the label or there were no 3-day warnings back then. I continued using it for colds, etc. It doesn't last long for a whopper cold but I don't get the buzz and headaches you get from stronger medicines and it clears my nose enough to get me to sleep. Best is it works for my children, one of whom has animal allergies, better than the stronger nose sprays, and of course better than the saline sprays. There doesn't seem to be any side effects for any of them after 5-7 years of use. We follow the 3-day rule loosely as it's a mild formula and when they are sick I want them to sleep. I'd rather they could breathe. Never had any problems. Please keep carrying it at Drugstore.com as it's very hard to find now. Thanks!

My daughter has allergies and viral asthma. If she gets to coughing she gets an asthma attack. This product keeps the sinus drainage down and prevents the coughing. Only problem is it can only be used for three days at a time.

I am a CPAP user and have to make certain my nasal passages are open for the CPAP to work. Through the years I have tried many nasal sprays but this Neo-Synephrine Mild formula is the only one I can use without getting the burning and nosebleeds. It is difficult to find so I just order from DrugStore.com

I often have one nostril that gets stuffy at bedtime. I guess it has something to do with lying down. I can use this product to open up that nostril without an burning or stinging. It works quickly, and doesn't produce a significant rebound effect. I've used it for years in this way, with no problems at all. It used to be called the "children's formula" as I recall.
