I purchased this product after reading about different brands of hyaluronic acid (in capsule form) and found this to seem reliable. As someone who believes in preventative health, as well a person who works with skin care everyday, this supplement seemed to be a wise choice. I am glad I went with it!
I take one small capsule twice a day. Note, it is best taken on an empty stomach. (Plan to take it when you aren't going to eat for at least 20 minutes).
There is arthritis in my family, which I am trying to avoid. I also had very smooth, youthful skin for my age, except around my eyes. I read that H.A as a supplement could remedy this - and it did! The fine lines and thinner texture around my eyes has greatly improved.
Also, I hurt one of my finger joints hiking several months ago. The orthopedic doctor informed me it would continue to heal for some months to come. This supplement has helped the pain almost completely disappear.
I have only positive things to say about this product!
