I use the pills first thing in the morning. My nails grow faster than usual but are not stronger. Haven't seen anything significant with my hair. As for skin, I am seeing some improvements and the exercising is helping. Even my face, that was suffering from obnoxious breakouts is clearing up.I plan on increasing the dose to get results faster.

Been using for almost 3wks now. (I am a 42 yr old female) Nails are undeniably stronger, and there is considerably less hair in the shower drain! My husband (age 53) has noticed less hair in the drain as well. Also, less joint pain. I do take this w/ 1 gelatin capsule daily as well. Very happy customer!

I'm 48 yrs old, this product gives me engery but I've not been taking 30 days yet. I bought them to replace my vitaims (I work out alot) but I feel great.

I started using this product several years ago. I take 3 daily after breakfast. It makes my nails stronger, less peeling and splitting. Takes affect within one day. My hair is less limp also. I have hypothyroid issues. This product is excellent.
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) tablets twice daily preferably on an empty stomach for maximum absorption and wait 30 minutes before eating. Enjoy enhanced results use with NeoCell's Hyaluronic Acid products.
