I'm not sure what the other reviewer expects from powdered collagen. I mix it with water and drink it every morning. It doesn't taste great (because again, it's powdered collagen, not hot chocolate), but it doesn't taste any worse than than the fiber supplements you mix with beverages. If the taste bothers you, you can certainly mix it with something other than water. Most importantly, it works. I've taken it every day for about 5 or 6 months and my skin is firmer, my hair is shiny, and my nails are hard. I've had to trim my nails every week and my hair every two weeks because they both grow so fast. To me, the results are worth it. I would still use this product, even if it tasted as bad as the other reviewer claims. (Which it doesn't).

This powder reminds me of the days when I was an avid whey protein drinker. The protein after taste in this product is a bit too uncomfortable to me. Dissolving it in water or a drink with vitamin c is not enough. I plan on adding this to soy or almond milk and consume it as a protein shake. I tried allowing the protein to settle completely after blending it in the blender. I just wait 30 minutes for the drink to become clear again. The taste isn't as bad at that point but protein shakes are a better way to drink this, at least for me. In comparison to the pills, the pills are much more tolerable and easier to get out of the way.

This product is ideal for almost anyone, my family and I are taking it. It can be hard to dissolve into liquid, so be sure to follow the instructions on how to add liquid. For me, I find it easy to dissolve it in a drink bottle with a screw on lid, that way I can give it a good vigorious shake and I can take it on the go. I started taking it about a month ago. So I am not sure if it is working, but my sister seems to think it is. Also, my mother notice that her shoulder doesn't hurt anymore.

I just used this product about one week ago. I do not notice any visible changes in my skin now, but I believe it might be better if I continue to take this supplument. I mixed the product with orange juice, however, the power didn't disolve very well with orange juice.

I've been taking other brands of collagen type 1 and 3 for a few months to counter extreme hair loss. I mix the powder with carbonated water. This product is easy to take -- much better than the typical large tablets. As a bonus, the texture of my skin has also notably improved. Will buy again.

I read the good reviews and bought 9 bottles of this. I've been taking this every morning for 2 months but I haven't seen any improvement on my skin or body. I am in my mid 30's and don't have any deep wrinkles yet except for some fine lines (may be due to dryness) on my forehead and under my eyes. I also have acne prone skin and I have large pores on my cheeks. I was hoping the collagen powder will help to correct these skin problems. But I am not seeing any results so far. Not sure if it's because I drink it with water instead of orange juice or vitamin C. I'll start taking it with vitamin C next month and see if it makes a difference.
