I'm cynical by nature. I become super impressed when something works or is true to its claims. Well, let me tell you, Neosporin works so quickly and I have the evidence; I have tested this stuff time and time again thoughout the years and I can tell you with total honesty, it DOES heal cuts, bruises, bites, anything at least four (4) whole days quicker than anything else and best of all, it prevents scarring. Isn't that neat?! It is priced right too.

Causes cuts and scrapes to heal about 6 days quicker. I tried it on a bruise with no cut or abrasion to the skin and it took away the black and blue mark in 2 days. Unbelievable...

Great ointment to use for children cuts and scraps. Also use on face for blemishes. I really like the consistency of this for an antibiotic cream.

I keep this product in my medicine cabinet. The maximum strength and pain relief work together great. You never know when you are going to get a little injury and having this around to relieve some of the pain and help the wound from getting infected is great!

I put this on all my sons cuts and scratches, with a band aid. This product helps with the minor pain and promotes clean and safe healing.

I took a spill during a trail run and got a nasty gash on my knee. When I got home I used this to make sure it didn't get infected. It was easy to use and seemed less greasy than regular Neosporin. The pain relief ingredients are a nice addition, though it was hard to tell how effective they were (I didn't notice any pain near my wound). I will continue to use...particularly since I fall down a lot. :)

I keep Neosporin Maximum Strength Neosporin in our medicine cabinet. It works perfectly for those minor scrapes/cuts and the pain relief aspect is an added bonus.
