I'm sort of a hot chocolate snob, and to my shock a tablespoon of this stuff added to my Ghirardelli or other more expensive chocolates makes a better hot chocolate, richer, creamier, fuller. I don't know why but this isn't the cheaper stuff Nestle uses in its packet Swiss Miss product. It's much better. Add some bittersweet Baker's chocolate to cut the sweet.
Just add hot water or milk! Conventional: Place 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix into mug. Add 6 fl. oz. hot water while stirring. Microwave: Heat 6 fl. oz. of water in microwave-safe mug for 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Stir in 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix. For richer cocoa, try adding milk instead of water.
