I started using it after going off the birth control pill since my face and back broke out horribly. If used daily, it works great to prevent future breakouts. I recommend using a body or face puff with it for even better results. Neutrogena also has a similar product without the exfoliating beads in it and it does not work as well, and smells horrible. This could have a better scent and have a better cap on it (the product is very hard to squeeze out). I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for those two factors. If you store the bottle upside down, it will be easier to dispense. VS Most Liked Negative Review not effective this product never really worked for me. I can tell when he uses it because his skin clears up and he looks good. His only gripe is it smells a little too feminine. I agree, but for how well this works I'm not knocking it. Pros

I started having very moderate chest and back acne and tried several different brands before settling on the body scrub. I tried the regular acne body wash and it did nothing for me. It was like using the face wash on my chest with no results. The scrub is not irritating or drying and within a week of starting it my chest is clearing up. I even went through a horrible year where I could not stop the acne on my chest and nothing helped but they have since cleared up and the scrub is slowly but surely clearing up the acne scars it left behind. I have very acne prone skin and am still trying to find something that works for my face and have been so desperate as to try this on my face but the scrubbies were way too harsh for it. I find it works great on the tougher skin of my back and chest and since I use lots of conditioner on my hair I always use this last right before I get out. It leaves my skin feeling clean. The only thing I hate is that since I started using it the price has gone up 3 bucks!! You cant put a price on clear skin though and I love it. This goes with me anywhere I go overnight and use it everyday. It is a must have! Pros

The smell is fine- it smells like a plain body soap which I don't mind. I like the grainy feel; it makes me feel like the product is really working on my skin. It is a little drying, but I have dry skin so I only use this product on my back where I have the most acne. It didn't really smell that bad but I noticed no improvement on my breakouts in fact I think it gave me more zits.
