I started getting a little acne on my back, and a few pimples on my chest once I switched birth control. I am also deployed to Iraq right now, and it gets pretty hot here, so the sweating does not help at all. I also work out alot, and I love taking a shower with this because it has such a refreshing smell. I also have these little bumps on the back of my arms and legs, that I have had trouble getting rid of since I was a teenager. I used it daily in place of my usual body wash. Not only has this not helped my body acne---it has made it worse!! My chest area used to get a few bumps every now and then but nothing too severe. Now, they're all over the place. In addition, it made my arms very itchy and towards my wrist, there is now a hard dry patch of skin!! This may work for other people but not for me. I hate to waste product but this is going into the trash! It was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to buy it, but once I started using it in the shower my skin just got dry and worse than it was to begin with. I would not buy this product if your skin is OK because it is very drying. Pros

It will help clear up skin if used regularly, but if you're like me and not very consistent with using it, it doesn't work as well. But don't buy the grapefruit version. STINKY! There is another brand that smells much better than either Neutrogena product and it's also available on drugstore.com. Pros
