I used to use the Neutrogena formula but it's too drying and the smell is awful. A friend recommended the Phisoderm brand to me and I tried it for 2 weeks and got great result. Not only my breakout got cleared up but my skin actually got smoother and more supple. This is because Phisoderm adds high dose of aloe and chamomilla in its ingredients to help sooth and calm the skin so my skin is not dried out like when using Neutrogena. Definitely try out Phisoderm if you want to clear up break outs without drying out skin; it's also sold on this website. I use it daily in the shower as a body wash/liquid soap. I go through about 2 to 2 1/2 bottles each year - well worth the reasonable price. I also run my back brush through the dishwasher once a week to kill any germs on it. I shower immediately after sweaty workouts and have used this product consistantly for about a couple of months now. If anything, I've noticed that my breakouts are worse than before I started using this. I won't be buying this body wash again. Perhaps this works better for teen or young adult acne.
