I absolutely love this cleanser! I have sensitive skin prone to breakouts and it is so gentle and does not cause any irritation. It's also started clearing up my current breakouts. It's leaves my skin soft and smooth and really washes off cleanly.

I have been using this product for five years now and I can tell you guys, this has not failed me even once. I have dry skin, and I used to have frequent breakouts of blackheads; not anymore since I began using this neutrogena product. I've tried other neutrogena products-- and if you're a brand buyer like me who won't stray afar from a certain brand you feel some kind of loyalty to-- don't trade this cleanser for any other as they will dry out your face even further.

5-year user. A bottle lasts me 2-3 months. I regret nothing.

I don't write reviews BUT, I have acne prone skin. Im 26 years old and still have breakouts! My friend got me a bottle of this and I love it! It really does help with my skin, I mean not 100% clear but darn near close! I wanted to see if it was really this product that was doing it, so I didnt use it for about 1 week and WOW! I went right back to using in the morning, in combo with a skin toner in the AM/PM, and I have never had better skin! LOVE IT!

I used to use this cleanser for years!!!
it was great and here were the reasons why:
1.) it left behind this refreshing cool sensation on my face that i LOVED.
2.) it made my skin softer
3.) i like the smell of it.

But lately, I've moved away from this cleanser, as I started to get acne (not as a result of the cleanser) and needed to find something that would combat my acne. Although this cleanser is a deep clean cleanser, I feel that it isn't really cut out to help with acne at all. But for those who don't have this problem, LOVED this product!

I've used Neutrogena's Deep Clean for years and found it to be one of, if not the best product on the market. Expensive compared to other options, no matter where you buy it, but well worth it.

This facial cleanser works very nicely. After use my face feels clean and fresh. Feels nice and cool and smells good.
