I have oily/sensitive skin, and the cream based cleanser seemed to do a good job making me smell like menthoyl but not cleaning my face. It still felt oily after washing. (I've been told oily people need gel cleansers rather than cream. ) Anyway, my skin broke out, and I switched to Avene's oily/sensitive cleanser. It worked. I use it with the Clarisonic Mia brush and my skin looks and feels great at a fraction of the cost of their cleanser. I will use all the extra savings on makeup for my amazing skin! Pros

I have dry skin, and I used to have frequent breakouts of blackheads; not anymore since I began using this neutrogena product. I've tried other neutrogena products-- and if you're a brand buyer like me who won't stray afar from a certain brand you feel some kind of loyalty to-- don't trade this cleanser for any other as they will dry out your face even further. My friend got me a bottle of this and I love it! It really does help with my skin, I mean not 100% clear but darn near close! I wanted to see if it was really this product that was doing it, so I didnt use it for about 1 week and WOW! I went right back to using in the morning, in combo with a skin toner in the AM/PM, and I have never had better skin! LOVE IT! Pros
