This product does help with the shine, but like everything else it does come back. It also causes me to break.out so I only use it on my forehead where skin is the most shiny, then.I make sure I use proactive at night

I am a Neutrogena fan. I have 2 teenage boys and keep this right in the shower. It removes the oil & dirt and has a very fine grit that works well to exfoliate gently. I tried it as a mask and it really does take away the shine completely. Nice smell & nice price too!

Wow, this stuff really does work, I was debating weather or not to get this one or the one that was just the scrub no mask, and got this one because the price was the same but this one has more product. Anyways I have very oily skin and when I use this along with my oil control lotion my skin was actually DRY!! Shocker, so when I use this alone I have alot less shine. The only thing about this that I don't like that much about it is that it dosen't soap up super well, but thats okay what I do is sqeeze some in my hand add water rub my hands together rub on my face and let is set for a couple minutes before I scub off and that really doesn't the trick. LOVE!

I have extremely oily skin and was desperately seeking a facial wash that would help me out with tht problem. This face wash is very nice and really does help oily skin. my skin is still oily but i have to admit this stuff does work. plus it cleans skin nicely and doubles up as a mask! worth the $$

For being an inexpensive product I find it effective. I have average skin so I don't experience any over-drying. If you have very sensitive skin you may see some drying.
I would recommend this product to any friends who are trying to reduce oil and clear skin.
To use as a daily cleanser: Wet face and squeeze cleanser into hands. Apply to face and massage gently, avoiding contact with the delicate eye area. Rinse thoroughly. Use daily for best results.
To use as a mask: 1-2 times a week, apply a thin layer to face and massage onto skin, avoiding the delicate eye area. Let dry for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
