I like this product....it does have a "different" kind of smell, but hey, don't most sunscreens? I think that is awesome that there is a U.S. made product with both UVA & UVB protection that is supposed to hold up in the sun. I used it at Myrtle Beach in 80 degree weather, didn't burn, and didn't see any color. You aren't supposed to spray this one directly on your face, I would recommend Neutrogena's Age Shield in SPF 45 for your face, hands, feet, chest, neck, and ears. It's awesome, has helioplex, and won't make your skin break out. P.S. Every 2 hours reapply and you should go inside/shade and wait 15-30 minutes for the new application to activate. Not practical, but if you don't want to burn, that's reality.

I used this product (45 and 30 spf) when I went on vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. I have light olive skin. I was hoping this product would be easy to use and effective like other regular lotion sunblocks. I never burn when I use regular sunblock nor have I ever had sun poisoning in my whole life (37 years old). The protection is awesome, and for some reason the spray gives my arms and legs a nice sheen. But the smell is so strong. I can't spray it on indoors because the smell lingers for so long in the air. So I apply it outside, and let it marinate for a few minutes before coming indoors. So it takes the same time to apply it as does any other sunscreen. It's not a bad smell, but it will overpower any scented lotion, perfume, or scented powder.

LOVE this product! Applying is a breeze, and I stay protected for a while. I have INCREDIBLY fair skin and burn within an hour of sun exposure. With this, I am protected 100%, and the cooling mist really works- it really is cooling and refreshing when applied. Be sure to put it in your hand before applying to your face, and if it is expired throw it away- I used one that had expired last month and burned a bit.

Nothing comes between you and re-applying now, its so EASY. Spray means superfast and even application. This was the first vacation where my fiance (aka Casper) didn't burn, and it was 7 days in the Carribean.

Awesome sunscreen. It goes on somewhat oily but dries quickly in a few minutes. The smell is light and fresh. SPF protection kept us from getting burned. Best of all, it made spraying my two young kids very easy. If you've ever tried applying lotion to a squirming child you know what I mean.

Spent two weeks in the Gulf of Mexico in August. HOT, intense sun. Loved the way the product went on, and felt cool and refreshing. But, for some reason, this SPF was too much and I got rashy. I always use Neutrogena sunscreens, but this one was too much for my picky skin. So, I stuck with the Sensitive Skin creamy formula and just applied it more often. Rats. I wanted the ease of the spray for my back!

I am amazed it worked on the people from the other reviews... honestly I have medium skin and I thought it had worked on me, but my husband is fairly light skinned and he got a real bad sunburn, as if he were wearing nothing, so I don't know....Maybe I was just lucky, or it was just his type of skin....
Apply 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Hold can 6-8 inches away from body and apply liberally, ensuring complete coverage. Do not spray into face. Spray into hand and apply to the face. Use in well ventilated area. Reapply after swimming, excessive perspiration, towel drying, or extended sun exposure.
