I'm usually pretty nice and forgiving when it comes to beauty products, but this sunscreen is pretty bad. It's very, very greasy, and leaves my face tacky and shiny--and I have very dry skin! It's not even a moisturizing kind of greasy; it's just a layer of oil that sits on your face. It's also bad under makeup--your foundation will slide off, and powder will clump. I feel like because this product is so sticky, it attracts a lot of dirt (at the end of the day I almost always find specks of concrete dust on my face). I can't really attest to how well it protects, though, since I'm not in the sun very often. In any case, even if it's great for sun protection, there are better sunscreen formulas out there that have matte finishes.

I wanted a product I can keep in my bag in case I needed sunscreen when not expected. Packs well, easy to apply and not so greasy.

I have used this for years. I got a little uneasy when I had a hard time finding it so when I did I bought 10! Yes, it's greasy but it's not shiny and if you have dry skin, like me, then that's a plus. I use it everyday as a daily moisturizer ans have found it plumps the fin lines on my face, I suppose it's because it contains Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C), Retinyl Palmitate which. are great anti-aging products. I tried the baby version when we went to mexico it wasn't as greasy and added a nice satin sheen to my face (my pictures turned out great). WONDERFUL PRODUCT PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE!

My husband works outdoors every day, 40 hours a week. He has to have excellent sunscreen coverage. This product fits the bill. It's so easy to apply and stays on all day.

My 10 year old loves this and so do I, because it solves the problem of sun block in his eyes. It doesn't run when he sweats and using a stick, I don't mistakenly rub lotion in his eyes!

This is the best sunblock for the face I have ever used. I use it on everyone from my 12 year old down to my 1 year old. It is not greasy (as long as you don't use too much-one swipe over the whole face does the trick) and best of all, it doesn't run into my kids eyes. Every other one we had tried in the past does. It's a liitle more than I'd like to spend on a small stick, but well worth every penny. Only "con" is that I can't find it in any stores!

I ordered a ton of this because my kids love it and we live with high UV exposure all year round. Then I read up on it containing octinoxate that works like estrogen on the body, and I've been afraid to put it on them anymore. Still looking for a healthier substitute!

I have using this product since my mom first bought it 15 years ago. Just like her, in the summer I always keep on in my purse, so if I am out running errands or am sitting outside I can just throw some on if needed. I wouldn't use it as your main facial SPF when you are spending hours in the sun (beach, pool, sports, etc). I found its more of a quick "to-go" type thing. I recently brought it to the beach without any other face SPF, so I rubbed it all over my face and I looked so greasy. Then the heat started to melt the product inside the tube. I felt like I kept on having to reapply and still got a little red.
Point being, this is for quick outside activities ..not for when you are sunbathing.

I love Neutrogena products, but this one is NOT a winner. I took it on a trip to Mexico last week. Used regular no-brand sunblock on my body but decided to try this new stick on my face. The stick was greasy and the product never absorbed into my skin. I reapplied several times throughout each day and yet my face still got sunburned! And I don't burn (have dark olive skin)!! Try it at your own risk...
