I began using this product when I first became aware that fine lines (shallow wrinkles) were beginning to appear here and there on my face. I had used another cream into my mid-adults years, but it was not a Retinol cream. Now I am sold on on this product and will continue using it as long as I feel positive about it.

This used to be great lotion. I have sensitive skin, so I am very careful about changing products. I religiously remove my makeup and wash my face before bed. With changing anyhing else, I began to develop whiteheads like crazy. I had to stop using this lotion and after several weeks the whiteheads stopped cropping up.

I wish I had an old bottle, because I do not remember parabens being such a prominent ingredient. It seems to me, it has moved up the list which means they have increased the quantity of parabens.

I wrote to Neutrogena a detailed email regarding my experience. I asked what they had changed and what they recommended. It was a very nice email, I wanted to share what I had encountered as a loyal customer and had several specific questions, I included my phone number so they could easily contact me. Instead, I receive a 'canned' reply stating I should call to speak with a representative. Having been a Customer Service Manager for a premium brand company I wrote back and suggested that they were violating the first rule of customer service which is to respect the customers communication channel, which in my case had been email, or to make a little effort and call me themselves since I had supplied my phone number. I never heard a thing, so they lost a formerly loyal customer.

I used this product for a couple years. Helps fade my acne scars & helps keep my breakouts under control. Can't find it in the stores. Glad it is being sold here.

I have been using this for two weeks and my skin seems to be getting better but not sure yet if it is a keeper. Going to use the whole tube before I make a final decision. Blemishes are getting smaller, though!!

Finally! This has been the only moisturizer that didn't make me break out. My skin is super sensitive and I've tried so many things, including a $125 dollar cream that my facialist recommended--even that one gave me bumps, pimples and red spots.

This is the first thing that has improved the look of my skin, minimized wrinkles, smoothed the surface and am I imagining the overall tone looks better?

Anyway, I look great and I love that it's inexpensive. I'm going online soon to buy about 10 tubes so that I never run out.

I have used this product for years. I got to where I could not find it but thanks to drugstore.com I can purchase it whenever I need to!

This moisturizes without breaking me out, but it did nothing for my fine lines or acne. I went through two tubes, so I gave it a good shot, but I recently found out that retinol and salicylic acid used together cancel eachother out. Now, I use salicylic acid in the morning and retinol at night.

I alternate this with a more expensive anti-aging cream. This keeps my skin clear which has always been a problem for me. Despite being over 50, I never outgrew breakouts. If it had SPF added, it would be perfect. My only other complaint is that I couldn't find it for the longest time. I'm afraid they'll stop making it and I'll end up spending tons of money trying to find a replacement that won't work nearly as well.

I have used this product for several years. I have always been plagued with overly oily skin that results in frequent acne. Now as I have aged into my mid 40's I still struggle with acne but with the added problem of aging skin. This is the best product I have found to combat both.
