Not bad, but a little too greasy and rubs off too easily. It's not something that you want for long lasting coverage, but is good for weekend errands.

I bought this product because I've had success with other Neutrogena products and I was looking for a new foundation. I really like their Healthy Glow Sheers but I found that I wanted to try something with a bit more coverage.

At first when I put it on, it came out all blotchy and weird, and I realized it was because I had put on some face primer that I had also just bought. So I took it off and reapplied. The coverage is pretty good, although it was a bit harder to blend; of course, that's expected with heavier foundations.

I would say that this product is pretty average. I don't know if it stays on for very long; I'll know that after work later. The color is pretty good, even though it makes me look ghostly white-which I am, but I'm just used to the slightly darker glow that their tinted moisturizer gives me.

Overall, I don't think I would necessarily repurchase, although I will finish this bottle.

I have been looking for a good foundation for a while now and have tried samples from many of the major (expensive) department store brands. I bought several and ended up not being happy with them. Because I like Neutrogena products so much I decided to give this one a try and I am glad that I did. It really evens out my skin without looking too made up. The color Buff happens to be a very good match for my fair skin (not too pale). The key with this make up is not to use too much or you will look shiny. I don't put it on my face straight from the bottle but put some on the back of my hand and from there apply a little at a time. I love the way it feels, so many foundations look and feel heavy. I also think it makes my large pores seem smaller. What you wear under your make up is very important. Some moisturizers make your face more shiny than others even if you wear makeup over it so I had to experiment a litlte to see which one was best for me (Olay for sensitive skin). The SPF is a plus and has not made my very sensitive skin break out. I also use the Healthy Skin Blends Sheer blush and am very happy with the result.

I don't know what was wrong with the old version of this in fact it was much better. More color options and not so oily. This new anti-oxidant version is greasy and offers only a few colors. It covers my spots well but I do end up with a super greasy face.

I used to love this foundation before they reformulated it with "antioxidants" and changed the packaging. It's much thicker, doesn't smooth out as easily, and is a bit greasier than the original formula. After probably going through 20 bottles of the old stuff over the years, I continued to buy this makeup when they changed the packaging... thinking it was still the same stuff inside.. not so much. The bottle also has a very wide top (wider than my finger tip, which I use to apply) which makes it a little messy.

I got this for my mom. She likes the makeup with a little moisturizer in it. For those who think this is oily, I use the Neutrogena Skin Clearing Oil-Free Makeup with Microclear Technology; Blemish Treatment with Salicylic Acid. It is in the square bottle. I LOVE THAT-TRY IT!

I used the neutrogena healthy skin liquid makeup (the old one) for about 3 years. All the sudden they stop making it so I had no choice but giving this one a try. I thought that this one would be better as the old one since this is reformulated. But this foundation is not even OIL FREE. It is too thick. Your face will shine and get really really oily after 3 hrs. I used this product for 2 weeks and my skin has got more oily, and my face is now covered w all the small little bumps. My skin just looks terrible. This maybe good for people w dry skin. But for people w oily, sensitive and acne prone skin this could be a nightmare. I hope they bring the old foundation back :(

I bought this when they didn't have the makeup that I usually purchase from Neutrogena at the drugstore anymore (i don't know if they stopped making it or... )
It covers skin evenly and looks natural but unfortunately it feels very oily especially when you first put it on, not as much as a matte finish as the product I was used to using. It also smells different and I don't particularly like the way it smells. It is a good product and has not caused my skin to break out, but the texture and smell are not my favorite. Definitely someone with drier skin would probably look better wearing this makeup, whereas someone with naturally more oily skin would do better to find a different foundation or dust powder on top of this to combat the oiliness.

I have combo skin with a bit of redness and I have freckles. This foundation gives my skin a nice, even look with easy application. It's a medium coverage so that my skin (including freckles) looks real -- not like a mask of makeup. I like the spf 20 but I do still use a facial moisturizer that has spf beneath it. Unlike the prior poster, I have no trouble with it feeling oily... but perhaps they are reviewing a different product? This review is specifically for this product. When I first bought it, I thought it was a bit pricey. But I have to say that it is comparable to department store foundations that cost twice as much. I also like that it is fragrance-free... no smell at all.

I used the old stuff and I hated it. For being oily free it made my skin feel REALLY oily! Maybe the newer stuff has better ingredients and texture?
