I'm copying my review for the same powder in Fair 10 here since I use both colors:
This is my daily makeup - I put it on over my moisturizer in the morning and touch up if necessary in the afternoon. It works well for my combination/oily acne-prone skin, and doesn't make me break out. I also like that it has SPF. I have fair skin with pink undertones and I use the Fair (10) in the winter and Light (20) in the summer, but if there was a color in between these two, it would probably be perfect for me. The compact has a separate compartment underneath for the applicator sponge. At first I thought the compact was clunky compared to the old Neutrogena pressed powder, but now I kind of like it, since it's easy to replace the applicator with whatever kind you want - it doesn't have to be the perfect size or shape to fit. I do wish the mirror was in the top lid so you could see the mirror and the makeup at the same time - if I'm not in a bathroom or someplace with another mirror available I have to kind of flip back and forth which is annoying. Overall I think this is a great value for makeup that's good for your skin, doesn't clog pores and has SPF.
