Removes mascara and eyeliner with minimal effort(I use MAC Liquidlast, which is famous for being near impossible to get off). I always wash my face with a facial cleanser afterwards because it leaves a residue. I just wear concealer and powder on my face and eyeliner and mascara on my eyes. It took the makeup off my it stung my eyes and my skin. The effect lasted a while eve after I finished with the wipe.
