I had read great reviews and wanted to try this product. While the wipes come in a sealed bag within a sealed plastic container, I needed to add water to make them glide over the skin without irritating it. My skin felt nice after using them, but I really need two to remove lightly applied makeup...sort of pricey. Afterward, when I wiped my face with a white wash cloth, more makeup was removed. Might be nice when away or at a gym on clean skin, but not practical or effective for home makeup removal.

I am retired and do not put on full makeup every day. However, when I do use makeup, these towelettes are absolutely wonderful for quickly and gently removing my facial makeup. I wish I would have found these Neutrogena makeup remover towelettes when I was younger and working in the professional world for 40 years!

These towelettes are gentle and quickly remove all the makeup on my face. For removing eye makeup, I use Neutrogene Eye Makeup Remover Pads because they are easier and quicker to use on my eyes. I love both Neutrogene products!

During all my working years in a professional environment, I never found a good makeup remover. Then, after I retired, I saw these Neutrogena cleansing towelettes. Although somewhat expensive, I have remained a loyal user because they work so gently, quickly and thoroughly! I love them. When I am tired when getting ready for bed, they are a blessing to quickly remove my makeup. They are so gentle, and my makeup is removed very easily. I love them!

I like the product, but my lid on the container will not stay shut it just keeps popping open. I have to set something heavy on it so my wipes don't dry up. So that is something I would change, because know I will have to start over instead of just refills.

It really worked well to remove makeup, but I think all the rubbing to remove my mascara thinned my eyelashes. I think it pulled them out and also caused them to break, and I was gentle.

I stopped using them daily (now just when I travel) and my eyelashes have grown back.

It's a good product, just not for every day.

I can't live without these cleansing towelettes. I wear waterproof mascara and eye liner and these wipes are strong enough to completely remove all of my eye makeup. My pillow no longer has makeup on it when I wake up each morning. These wipes smell great and I also love how gentle they are on my skin leaving it feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. They are absolutely amazing. Make sure that you reseal the package well each time you remove a wipe or else they will begin to dry out.

Both my daughter and self use the Neutrogena towelettes. These are a perfect size for removing all of your daily makeup off at the end of the day & it's a wonderful & easy hassle free way for removing mascara. No more cotton balls that may leave fluff residue on your lashes or pouring remover onto a cotton ball. While we don't always use just this method for makeup removal, we do for any eye makeup removal & it you're too tired to do the usual method of washing your face at the end of the day, this is a great alternative.
