It irritates the eyes and sensitive skin near the eyes if it gets close. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in a facial wash. I think a better product that feels better is the Neutrogena Men's Invigorating Face Wash. The cooling effect is probably my favorite aspect of this facewash. For once, a product that advertises itself as "invigorating" truly is. Two thumbs up.
