I bought this srcub for my husband. He had initially owned the CLARINS Men active face scrub, which was excellent. I bought this one for a change, but he was extremely disappointed as it really wasn't that effective. The little balls were too small to actually do the job correctly. I had to buy the CLARINS once again.

Be careful not to get this facial wash close to the eyes. It irritates the eyes and sensitive skin near the eyes if it gets close. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in a facial wash.

I've tried them all -- keep coming back to this product. Cleans very well - particularly road dirt/soot (I do frequent long distance motorcycle rides). They reformulated a few years ago to add little (plastic?) balls that I think are intended to give feedback to skin that the product is working... I find them bothersome and wish they would add something slightly more abrasive if the intent was exfoliation.

It's good. I feel that it helps my skin before shaving but it doesn't help fight acne. i don't think I'll be buying this product again.

My Husband uses this product whenever he shaves his face... He has always had issues with red almost sunburned looking skin after shaving. This is one of the few things that actually works for him. He is also a very mans kind of man so he was happy to discover that it did not smell perfume like, nor did it feel greesy at all on his face. I would reccomend this to anyone with similar issues. My reason for the above listed con is because it is best when used generouslly, not a big deal, yet still worth mentioning.

I have very sensitive skin and a very thick beard. I love using this product on my face right before shaving. It makes my beard feel softer which makes for a surprisingly gentle shave. I have been using it for a couple of years and I refuse to shave without using this product first, but [$] it is not cheap.

It's OK, but I was hoping that it would be more of an exfoliant. It's more like a face wash than a face scrub; the scrubbing beads in it are small and not very plentiful. To really exfoliate the skin, you need something with more scrubbing power.
