My dermatologist recommended I use an exfoliant and after trying a few, I found and fell in love with this one. I use it every other day and my complexion is so much smoother. As far as being afraid to use it on dry skin, I have found it to remove the dry, outer layer of skin, leaving my face fresh and ready to accept moisturizer.

I use this scrub every morning, after using Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing Make-Up Remover at night. It helps to smooth skin (and removes any dry or flaky skin) and keep pores clean. I have super sensitive and reactive skin (I can't even use Cetaphil!) and I have no issues using this product daily.

I switched to the Neutrogena Naturals scrub and cleanser after using the St. Ives apricot scrub. This scrub is gentle and effective. It smells great and keeps my acne under control. My skin is softer than it has ever been, and my pores are cleaner and appear smaller. Definitely recommend!

I was in need of a face exfoliant and since drugstore.com stopped carrying my usual product I thought I would try this. Although it is very gentle and leaves my skin feeling smooth, I find this product to be very runny/watery. Also the exfoliating beads are so tiny, tiny that they are almost non-existent. I prefer a facial exfoliant with a creamier and thicker texture and more pronounce beads.

I was so excited to try this product I got this and the face and body bar. For this product to be natural the smell is too perfumey to me. It also dries my sensitive skin out terribly. I mean it really dries me out. It left dry spots and red marks on my face. I'm a little disappointed, but not every product is made for everyone.

I was very happy to find a more natural face scrub. This is a very gentle scrub - great for daily use. I have a more intense scrub that I use 1-2 a week for more deep cleaning. My skin feels dry and tight after the scrub which I like. I then start part 2 of my daily regimen - toner. Then follow the toner with moisturizer. After all this, my skin feels very clean and moisturized. I love the smell and have been happy with the results which is big since I have VERY sensitive skin. Several noted that it left their face dry. This needs to be followed by moisturizer. This is not a wash and go product.

I have tried both the Queen Helene and St. Ives apricot scrubs, and they are terribly harsh on the skin. I was really looking for an affordable, ideally "natural" scrub that would be gentle on my face, and I came upon this product. I absolutely LOVE it. I really hope this item is never canceled, because I would be glad to continue to order this for the foreseeable future.

First of all, this "natural" scrub has "artificial" fragrance, which is too strong and I could still smell it on my skin after rinsing so many times. It's not good for somebody with sensitive skin. Also, it leaves nasty film on my skin and it doesn't go away even though I rinse so many times like crazy. For a scrub, I expected deeper cleansing effect but it didn't do any job. My skin didn't feel clean at all. I would rather wash my face with normal soap and it would do ten times better job. I really regret having purchased this product. If you have seneitive skin, don't buy this product.

I bought this after getting a facial. I was told we need to exfoliated at least once a week. I'm glad I did..this product is wonderful. It doesn't over dry and immediately my face feels a lot softer and smoother.

I was very excited to try this product but was slightly disappointed. I have a combination of oily and dry skin. Upon the first use, my skin dried out horribly and became a bit red on the cheeks. Not so great but I was thinking maybe I used too much. Since I don't like giving up on products too soon, I continued with use. The next couple of times I used the product, I used less and less on each try. There I found the perfect amount to use so that my face didn't end up horribly dried with that tight feeling in the forehead. Just a bit on my finger can cover my entire face and do it's job of cleaning (removing oil and whatnot). My face feels fresh and clean. I think other than that, it doesn't work so much with my large pores or removing blackheads. Oh, well!

Positives
- Pleasant smell that isn't too strong or overpowering.
- Texture makes it easy to cover the entire face. A little goes a long way!
- Simple, modern, and cleanly designed tube.
- Cleans and refreshes face.

Neutral Thoughts
- Having to flip the tube to have the cap on top so the scrub doesn't ooze out if opened the other way.

Negative
- Doesn't really do much for pores.
- Doesn't do much as a scrub since dead/flaky skin remains on my face after use.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this item to a friend but it's worth a try. It just doesn't do much for my skin.
