The best part is that it is actually completely fragrance free. I am very sensitive to smells and this one does not have any smell at all (some fragrance free products still have a weird smell to them, not this one!). The first time I used it, I put too much on and it was greasy and sticky. I ended up rinsing my hands with water, towel drying, and my hands were perfectly soft and smooth. Wonderful product. Oh, and definitely buy the fragrance free version...my grandma used to use the scented version and it had a very strong, unpleasant smell. VS Most Liked Negative Review Mediocre in harsh winter. When a friend recommended this cream I fell in love with it. It's not greasy & dries quickly after application. Because I uses this cream daily, my hands feel soft and never dried out. I use this one at bedtime (a bit too greasy to use during the day, as are all creams). Works better than others I've tried (such as Aveeno). This feels like Vaseline going on, but is quickly absorbed and non- greasy. That's why I like it so much. It gets the job done. It is not a fancy type lotion, though. I tried those but I never got good results so I got this at the local drugstore. Now I order it from drugstore.com for the convenience of having it shipped to my door.
