The best part is that it is actually completely fragrance free. I am very sensitive to smells and this one does not have any smell at all (some fragrance free products still have a weird smell to them, not this one!). The first time I used it, I put too much on and it was greasy and sticky. I ended up rinsing my hands with water, towel drying, and my hands were perfectly soft and smooth. Wonderful product. Oh, and definitely buy the fragrance free version...my grandma used to use the scented version and it had a very strong, unpleasant smell. VS Most Liked Negative Review Mediocre in harsh winter. This product felt heavy and greasy like other intensive hand creams but unlike other hand creams it caused stinging and burning. I won't be using this again. It's so thick and rich, absorbs quickly, and leaves a cushy, hydrated feeling for many, many hours. My favorite thing about it is that your hands don't need to be damp when you apply this; it will absorb just as quickly and cleanly when your hands are dry. I use about double the amount at night, and in the morning my palms feel like pillows. I always compare this to Kiehl's Ultimate Strength Hand Salve--it's very moisturizing and lasts for a long time!
