The best part is that it is actually completely fragrance free. I am very sensitive to smells and this one does not have any smell at all (some fragrance free products still have a weird smell to them, not this one!). The first time I used it, I put too much on and it was greasy and sticky. I ended up rinsing my hands with water, towel drying, and my hands were perfectly soft and smooth. Wonderful product. Oh, and definitely buy the fragrance free version...my grandma used to use the scented version and it had a very strong, unpleasant smell. It takes a whole lot of rubbing and gyrating before it absorbs. My hands are definitely softer afterwards, but there's some effort involved and I can't touch anything right away due to the greasy feeling ... so, it's not practical for daily use. I will probably just use this as a nighttime hand cream since I don't suffer from eczema or any other serious skin conditions. It's a little "gooey" so I don't use it during the day. Don't worry if it doesn't absorb in right away; just let it soak into your hands while you go to sleep. This cream is truly a miracle worker. In the morning I wake up with the softest, smoothest hands I could ever want, and I'm in my 60's. I can really tell the difference if I use a different cream at night and not this one. I highly recommend it! Pros

I bought the unscented only because we have someone with high allergen isues in our office. Otherwise, the scented is great too. It seems greasy at first, but you don't need to use very much and in rubs in quickly. Best hand lotion for those cold winter months and heavy hand washers. Pros

I am constantly using bleach in my dishwater and it's really hard on my hands. This cream is super concentrated and absorbs VERY quickly. I hate greasy creams and tend to not use hand cream near enough as I hate that greasy feeling. This, however, is perfect as long as I remember to use it!! Pros
