The best part is that it is actually completely fragrance free. I am very sensitive to smells and this one does not have any smell at all (some fragrance free products still have a weird smell to them, not this one!). The first time I used it, I put too much on and it was greasy and sticky. I ended up rinsing my hands with water, towel drying, and my hands were perfectly soft and smooth. Wonderful product. Oh, and definitely buy the fragrance free version...my grandma used to use the scented version and it had a very strong, unpleasant smell. VS Most Liked Negative Review Mediocre in harsh winter. I've tried many moisturizers and have found this to be the best. It's best to keep ahead of the problem by applying every night once the cold weather sets in. Although it feels incredibly greasy going on, it pretty much disappears withing minutes. I use the unscented, so no odor. I've also found it useful for mild eczema on my elbows. Pros

My doctor recommended trying this product and after just a few days of dilligent use the cracks healed and my hands have been crack free for over a year! Pros

My hands dry out like a desert during the colder months. I found it very useful when applied to my toddler's wind burned cheeks and her eczema patches! I have very sensitive skin and cannot tolerate fragrance or greasiness. This hand cream absorbs quickly and keeps my hands moisturized all year long. Before I started using it, my hands would sometimes be red and chapped and cracking. Now they are always soft and young-looking. It's expensive, but you only need to use a tiny amount each night. My only complaint is that I hate the greasy after feel. I have to wring my hands for five minutes before the cream gets completely absorbed, and even then my hands feel kind of filmy. In the past, I've had problems with hand creams being too greasy, but this stuff goes on smoothly and is completely absorbed by your skin to leave them feeling extremely soft, but not oily or greasy!
