The best part is that it is actually completely fragrance free. I am very sensitive to smells and this one does not have any smell at all (some fragrance free products still have a weird smell to them, not this one!). The first time I used it, I put too much on and it was greasy and sticky. I ended up rinsing my hands with water, towel drying, and my hands were perfectly soft and smooth. Wonderful product. Oh, and definitely buy the fragrance free version...my grandma used to use the scented version and it had a very strong, unpleasant smell. VS Most Liked Negative Review Mediocre in harsh winter. My hands were so dry I could begin to see them aging in a matter of weeks. This cream is fantastic for dry skin. My skin feels protected and nourished and looks a lot better. If you want a mild moisturizer, this is not the product for you, but if you really want to protect your hands and your feet as well and have them feel soft and fresh, get this product.
